Beautiful X1 from a customer from Belgium for service and some repairs.
X1 Service, exhaust end cap is hanging on a string.
X1 Service,, drain oil and gearbox , after removing the exhaust.
X1 Service, before you turn in the clutch adjuster some penetrating oil and neverseas.
X1 Service, gearbox oil back to level and cltuch adjusted,
X1 Service, old spark plugs out, will put in a grade colder ( 7 was in )

X1 Service, changing the steering head bearings, one leg in to aline the tripple t , and tighten the stem bolt, so the triple t moves nice and with out play, it's a feeling.

X1 Service, lucky customer, the old perfo tube from the V&H was totaly broken in pieces, we did how ever still had a scrap V&H around for parts... the perfo tube was still perfect , so new filing and retapped the end cap mounting holes and it will work again.
X1 Service, while we are here, replace the bended clutch lever as well.
X1 Service, last things, brake fluid front, how long was this in ?
X1 Service, was in for 5 years... never seen this.. clean this good and rinse with new brake fluid..
