no start... i hear the startermotor engage but engine will not turn — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
battery is not the problem 249 CCA — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
ok suspect the engine is seazed... rear stand and in 5e gear — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
normaly you will be able to turn over the engine... not on this bike.. will not move — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

to get to the pully.. and breaker bar.. trying to move the engine... finaly it did , the alternative would have been striping down the engine — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

6r12 ... grrrrr... some how HD dealers give these plugs to customer or put theme in.. while even the newer sportster models don't use these old plugs anymore.. and defenaly not good in a buell — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
rear brake wear uneven.. i will clean the sliders — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the tyrap the bracket to the oil line is somehting you really don't want to do ... see the markings left in the line — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
anyway.. rear wheel bearing check.... axle tight — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and some corrosion on the axle where the bearings seat.. clean and lube the axle — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
bearings are done for .. if in any dought replace these — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
belt is stil in very good shape — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
new bearings.. axle lubed up and back in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
losening the slider bolts on the caliper — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cleaning the slider and pressing it in with thick grease to it squirts out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
the rubber boot back in, i find it easier to mount the brake pads when the caliper in on the bracket — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

front plug gap checked and little lube on the threads— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
plug cables , the connector is so deep i cannot see it .. i don't think it make good contact — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

brake caliper bolts 50 Nm and loctite — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

when you have the shim out you can calculate back to where you need to be ( in inch and metric written down ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
