belt runs a little off the edge.. can be a few things.. wheel bearings.. swing arm bearings and idler pully bracket bend ? belt stays in the same position running forward or back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok rear axle pich bolt loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rear caliper removed.. i will change the brake pads.. as these are gone — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

breaker bar and 200 LBS gorrila needed to loosen the rear axle... the customers tyre guy needs a kick in a soft place , way to tight.. the hex in the axle is even distorted — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bearings are gone . .will put new ones in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and mounting new ones.. with spring , they can be very hard to mount. give the spring a little help with a flat screwdriver.. so they slide on easier — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

they are the same size, only the poles are swapped... so the cables are swapped on this bike— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

crash damage.. i think this is new.. could also be the issue with the belt running half way on the pully... as the foot rest assembly is bent inward only a little — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

middle engine bolts loose, and loosen the pich bolts for the frame sliders — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ignition cover.. cap off , and c-clip out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and the cover out.. they can be a pain to get these out.. and it will spill some oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

engine rotated down.. and coil and injector connector removed — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

valve cover off, put some rags over the header, to protect theme from oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and check the lash.. these are still good... next 20.000 km service we need to adjust theme — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cover back on. coil in place... make sure the connector locks in place , other wise lock it with a ziptie — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

now the fun one ( rear.) the cables make the rear one a challenge .. off is easy.. on and keeping the gasket in place ... — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and cover back on ( incl 10 minutes using faul language to get the seal in place ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
