9-11-2017 - What did we do today: 13-10-2017 Buell 1125CR wheel bearings, XR1200 making it better, XR1200 making it go :-)
1125CR new bike for this owner, as he swaped over from a 1125R model

meeehh... bike was checked by the seller... stranded on holiday with a broken wheel bearing, a nice shop tried to help and put a used bearing in. jus to get home..

home indeed.. but the used bearing is also toast —

so new bearings in and a new spacer

wheel back in

error light came on during riding.. i did show the customer how the diagnotics works.. very easy.. error code AV front - rear to far apart..

walking trough all the numbers.. i noticed the throttle douse not open completely... this will be for a next time

rear wheel done.. checking the front

looking at the corrosion, i will make a safe bet , these are gone to

the inner race is wobely

and you can use the bearing as ratler..

front wheel back in and pressing down the front a few time to set the front forks on the axle

and tighen the pich bolts

i will check and clear the error codes

reset the afv... and if this comes back.. at first we need to look at the spark plugs and valve play

XR1200 from Germany.. douse not run nice and stutter about 3000 rpm

arount 3000 rpm is intake seal aeria .. as the customer wanted the HPA box anyway.. stripping the fuel tank

removing the IAC

looks good.. and was recently replaced.. this is not the issue

injector rail off

and loosening the intake seal flances

frotn mounting bracket of and disconnect the MAP sensor

oil lines of and fittings out the heads, to make room for the fnages

yep.. corroded on the seal.. clasic

cleaning and cleaning op the holes

mounting a light coat of neverseas on the flange to prevent this from happening again soo

throttle bodie back on

lyning up the manifold with the bracket

oil line nipples back in

and map sensor

bracer back on

we tested and cleaned the injectors.. noting wrong with theme

so rail back on and plugs... green is universal rear one
;-)

IAC push in and turn 90 deg..

our intake stack on

and HPA airbox on

needing new spark plug cables

yes.. very respecteble

updating the fuel map

and letting the rest off the world know.. not to reflash this ecm with out asking , test ride

next XR... needs a exhaust

to leave the bike to cool of some, we start top side , seat off and tail section of

to remove the original bracket , and the stock exhaust

the conical gaskets are not working on the TH uitlaat systems

you will need the flat gaskets

and moving to the rear —

and race pipe on

nice, just nice

ok, making it a little better, checking the airbox, just checking , i fear the flapper is still in

and come cleaning is nice

eurp flapper... be so kind to remove it

and you can give some more air to open up the left front side in the stock filter ( behind the ignition switch —

and reprogramming the fuel mapping
