i think i spot the first problem right away — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

speedo is not working properly.. i see the white wire isolation has rubbed trough.. and was toughing ground — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

but first, rear tyre change, took care of this bike before... so the little belt guard screws are no problem , what a little neverseas can do — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel axle out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

jack the bike up a little and you can pull the wheel out, with out having to handle the belt to rough.. as these 2003 model belts need to be pampered — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tyre is almost worn.. but is also repaired — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tightening the axle and pich bolt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rear pads are worn.. and worn un even .. as a sign the caliper sliders do not work properly — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and cleaning and re aply some grease on the slider pin — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

speedo sensor repair.. with a needle nose, pull out the green lock — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and with a little flat screw driver open the 2e lock and you can pull out the terminals — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little heat shrink over the dammaged part — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

orientating the connector again for mounting — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and some heat shrink over the outer .. will test with test ride — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

testing the intake seals... not a very hard leak.. but still ,, could be front one.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with a heat gun you activate the glue layer to make it oil tight.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosening the intake , cut off 1/4 allen key works best— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tighening the exhaust, carefull on the front strap.. these break easy when the exhaust becomes hot — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever

make sure the bracket is flat on the exhaust and tighten the bolt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

13/20 and 90 deg.. makes it about 42 -45 NM .. for all 4 evenly... feels good — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
