loose front support has been ratteling for some time , cause / effect — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

anyway w-brace loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and loosen the clutch cable — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

top side airbox removed and top tie rod loose , engine can be rotated down — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

been ratteling for a littel while , looking at the marks— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and drill jig mounted — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with the dril jigg, cobalt drills ( i made these longer ) easy ... still allot off work.. but get some very good dril bits.. they work — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and mounting the new stud.. note the lenght.. the thick flanges, calls for the studs to stick out further — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

engine up and front mount bolt to TQ — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

surten steps are good to follow, bolt not tight fully , strap also not tightened — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

first rear straps on tight — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

than tighten the front strap so the bracket sits flush on the exhaust.. than tighten the front bolt, and pipe clamp — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and top tietod and air box mounted... — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel back on , axle to 66 Nm — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel back in and set the caliper bolts to 50 NM — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
