GGRRR... these where tightened to specificastions.. no trouble... but now i can not even get these to 25 NM and they are pulling out... don't know what happened with this bike... but i never experianced this ( studs comming out all right side ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok try it different this time... the stock 5 step methode.. low initianal tq and 90 deg turn ... nice TQ wrench will help you here

the rear was flat any way , piece off metal is sticking in , so i need to take the wheel out, also for checking wheel bearings — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

idler pulley bracket a little loose and twisted to give room for the belt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

now first... new wheel bearings.. these where done... but a new belt on a 1125 is freaking tight... so wheel bearings need to be in top shape — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

turn the wheel while you tighten the axle , and the belt will run further up the pully as you go — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

trick to not fuck up the booth... do not loosen this with a screw driver...... just turn the boot.. and it will come out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the problem. last end of these cylinders corrodes and will not return to rest position.. and leave the brake fluid under pressure , pads binding to the disk.. disk gets way to hot ..ect ect — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little cleaning and lucas brake grease , and some grease to protect from corrosion — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
