16-3-2017 - What did we do 4-3-2017 Buell XB12 custom wire harness, XR1200 longer gears ( mounting cruise kit )

the sensor plug is very empty.. i will put some more in, as the speedo can handle it — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

XR1200 lowering the rpm while cruising.. very neath sollution is our cruise kit , speedo reading stays accurate , and drops the rpm with about 500 rpm — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

clutch cable adjuster turned in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

these can be a pain to remove there are very tight.. working on a hot engine has it advantage — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and a new bolt.. advice to replace this one — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

clutch basket back on and mainshaft nut in . left turning ! — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pulling plate in, make sure the c-clip seats properly— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cover back on with the new gasket out the kit , tq the cover 14 nm , start in the middle and spiral out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

gearbox oil in and clutch mechnisme in and adjust lightly botteming and 1/4 turn loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

shifter back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

lift the rear wheel off the ground , gearbox in 5e and bump the rearwheel to turn the engine over. to check the primary chain — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

adjusted the chain on the tightes spot ( check on 3 point ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and adjust the outer clutch cable.. . and your ready to go — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
