This purchase is for a set of engine guards designed to fit the BMW S1000XR. The guards have five mounting points to increase the strength and prevent the guards from rotating during a lowside. It is also braced together in the middle to further increase its strength. The feature replaceable pucks and skids plates that can be inexpensively purchased. No need to order a new kit! We use highest grade commercially available 12.9(177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available.
Note: Due to the nature of the engine guard, aggressive cornering angle will be reduced. Ride with care!
