The glasfiber tank cover is a perfect fit one piece mounting 

which makes do without the known additional tank strips.
These are self-contained and can cover so for the conversion to another air filter, be mounted without additional attachments!
The tank cover is provided with additional edition inlets, as in the 99' Editions models.
