Primary drive locking tool

To Lock all Buel tube frame, Sportster  and XB models primairy chain

ALL PRIMARY DRIVE LOCKING TOOL
USE ON ALL PRIMARIES BETWEEN FRONT PRIMARY CHAIN AND MOTOR SPROCKET
Refer to H.D.® Service Manual for specifications.
WARNING: Disconnect negative battery cable.
1. Refer to service manual for removal of primary cover.
2. Wedge tool between the front motor sprocket and primary chain on the bottom
side (for torquing nut to the right torque), the longest flat surface of the tool must
contact the chain, the stepped portion towards the sprocket.
3. CAUTION: Make sure primary chain is tight enough so chain will not touch the
inner primary case.
4. To remove motor sprocket nut put the locking tool on the top side of sprocket, see line 2 and 3.
WARNING: Do not use air or electrical impact.
