Twin Motorcycles developed and tested from 2010 a new style intake manifold flange that will leak les then the original style Buell and Sportser intake flange. More can be read here about the development and testing the product here 

This will fit on all Buell Tube Frame and Buell XB models 2003- 2007 and Sportster models 1988- 2006

FIT'S NOT ON:

Buell XB 9/12 models 2008-2010 

all XR1200 2008-2013 

Sportster 883 and 1200 XL 2007 and up 

Sold as 1 complete kit no extra hardware needed.

The price is for a complete set of 2 flanges and 4 o-rings that are installed in the product already.

Exclusivly produced by Oberon in the UK for Twin Motorcycles. The new Twin Motorcycles intake flanges. 

Direct replacement part for the OEM intake flang that leak very badly and let the engine runs very lean. Comes with o-rings and pre-lubed with O-ring assembly lube, and a sachet off mounting lube is included the kit

We advice to order a extra set of o-rings THAT CAN BE FOUND HERE when ordering this for the first time. So when you need to replace them depening on amount of miles, amount of time, climate and weather conditions you have them.

Please note your cylinder heads must have a flat surface , and any big nicks of corroded surface will not seal good, the intake manifold needs to be cleaned properly, removed from any burrs and nicks , and rounding the front edge is adviseble not to damage the seals during mounting

! note this is a solution for bikes with continues problems with leaking intake seals,

if you don't have problems with intake seals on your bike,  please do not consider this to be a upgrade for you. as the tollerances on your bike , cylinder head to head spacing and manifold dimentions are good ! 

Note !! if you try to mont this on a good manifold, the intake runners will be to big, and needs sanding down !!

The material is Bright Mild Steel which is supplied in billet form, and machined on a CNC machine and plate them with 15microns of Electroless Nickel plate - which can withstand high temperatures and corrosion.
