The clutch mechanism can be a problem on the Buell XB models. The lip breaks out the cover, leaving you with a not working clutch, and in the worst case breaking of clutch hub fingers. We are selling the DMF Machining repair kit ( as we are there exclusive Distribiteur for Europe )

What we do:
we clean and inspect your cover ,
mill your cover in our jig to size,
drill and tap the inspection cover holes,
mount the repair plate with loctite, for a fix that will not fail
