Here is sa small story off Joe Elliot: This was the 2nd round of 9.50 bike class in the United Kingdom 

Ii entered the 1125r buell as the supertwins rounds have not started yet. As you know my Buell 1125R is a stock motor tuned by Twin Motorcycles on ther dyno with there intake stacks and the EBR race exhaust the best et I run with this setup is 9.10 and mph 152 over the standing quarter mile so I needed to slow down to run the 9.5 numbers. I was shutting off the throttle at the 1000ft mark using the engine as a break that seamed to work . 

 

This event was held over two days with six qualifying runs there were twelve bike entered but only one twin my Buell 1125R due to the weather we only had four qualifying runs  and as you can see buy the result of the last round it was close at the top the buell came in second. 

 

Now time for eliminations and with some close racing made it to the finals which was won on a hole shot so for the 1st ever time in the history of 9.50 bike a twin cylinder had won it. Many thanks to Twin Motorcycles for there support and making my Buell go fast.
